1. Returns

·         Customers may request a return within 4 days of receiving the product.

·         Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

·         Products must not be opened (especially perfumes and bokhoor).

·         Dated proof of purchase or Dated order number is required.

·         Opened perfumes

·         Opened bokhoor

·         Used accessories

·         Custom or personalized products

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos.

2. Exchanges

·         Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

·         Products are inspected before approval of return.

·         Products must be in original condition and unused.

·         Dated proof of purchase or Dated order number is required.

·         The replacement product must be available in stock.

·         Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

·         Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the exchange is due to Rawnaq Oud’s error or a defective product.

·         Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

·         Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind.

·         Rawnaq Oud covers return shipping costs in case of defective or incorrect items.

5. Wholesale Orders (B2B)

·         Returns and exchanges for wholesale orders are accepted only if the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

·         Customers must report issues within 48 hours of receipt.

·         Approval is subject to management evaluation.
