5. Shipping & Delivery

·         Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

·         Rawnaq Oud is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect customer information.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

General conditions:

·         Products must be unused and in original packaging.

·         Returns must be requested within the specified timeframe.

·         Certain items (such as opened perfumes or bokhoor) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Rawnaq Oud or a defective product.

7. Wholesale (B2B) Terms

For wholesale clients:

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.

The maximum compensation to which you shall be entitled, if at all, shall be limited and this after you have proven your claim for any cause whatsoever up to 500 SAR and no more than this and this without harming your right to receive return of any payment that you have made to Rawnaq Oud if the authorized court shall rule that you are entitled such.

13. Amendments

Rawnaq Oud reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
